One Artist Needed for Frank's Workshop in May! You??!!

Frank is a damn good painter, as you know. In case you don't know, he is an excellent teacher, if you get the chance...he only teaches a weekly class in Rowayton, CT and he teaches a one-week long workshop on the gorgeous Monhegan Island. And that is it. These are the only times one can work with Frank to learn how to paint or to improve their skills....

BUT, this year Frank is offering a workshop in Provence.... in FRANCE, people! It is a painters' delight! THIS is where you want to paint. The light, the landscape, all things French! It just does not get any better that being in Provence, in May, experiencing a very full week of painting with Frank.

There is ONE spot left. So far the workshoppers are all return students and one brand new beginner art student. She has always wanted to take a workshop and after meeting Frank and I, she signed up. She will take off a week from her busy dermatology practice in Austria and do the thing she's always wanted to do.  Are you in that category? Is being inspired by painting in Provence on your list of things you would like to experience?  You will spend a ton of time painting, but there is so much more about this trip to look forward to...meeting other painters and seeing their work process and paintings, participating in art critiques during apero (happy hour), not having to plan, shop or prepare meals, living in the French countryside on a property with a pool and access to hiking trails and vineyards or villages and cafés...

Go to Frank's website for all the details, and while on his site, treat yourself to his gallery of Provence paintings.....

Painting near Puylobier while the earth is awakening

Ahhh, rows and rows of budding grapevines and trees just ready to burst! Provence will be green and flowery when you arrive to paint in May.

Painting near Puylobier during almond blossom season

These budding almond trees won't be harvested until the fall....but what a delight to see in the chill of spring now....

Come to Provence! Paint with Frank!
